I was a last-minute out-of-state walk-in requesting an assessment of my sprinter van's cooling system either leaking or using coolant. Long story short, they performed a pressure test and gave me the best plan of action to get it back home without damage. The cherry on top was that the owner didn't charge me and told me to "Have a Blessed Day"!

Got my oil changed on my Cadillac SRX4. Was greeted when I walked in the door by Laurel in main office. Pulled car around to garage & was met by two technicians that took my info & answered all my questions. Very efficient & knowledgeable. Great overall experience!

I can not rest how unprofessional the manager was! She called my employer (knowing where I worked from my T-shirt) but with NO permission of mine chose to talk about details of my personal business. Not only did they start off with quoting me $671 for a "new starter" that was not even a day old. When I assured them the starter was not the issue and mentioned where I purchased. The manager took it upon herself to call Napa and discuss my purchase and her "opinions", which voided my warranty to return if needed. After I found the time while working two jobs, having no vehicle and relying on other people for rides. I took the starter out MYSELF! Took it back to Napa just to prove to them... It was in fact NOT the starter!! I did not bring the working starter back that same day and was than told if I didn't return it immediately they would have my vehicle towed away and charged for the bill and storage for the time that it was on their lot. Again, I returned to Meineke and put the starter BACK IN MYSELF!!! It took them 2 days to get back to me to tell me, "well we have some bad news, your engine is seized." Told me I had to come get my vehicle off their lot and pay them $489.63 FOR DO

Not the smartest mechanics. I’m from South Dakota so got no tools to fix so brought it to well known nationwide mechanic shop. They fixed fuel pump 10/10 good job. So they get 2 stars instead of 1. But Brought pickup in and told them to check and fix actuator for temp blend because passenger side only blew cold air. Got a mom and a 1 year old driving the pickup around in winter with no heat so need to fix it asap. Driver side blew hot hot air tho but not enough to warm pickup when you got freezing air coming in the passenger side. so they replace heater core cause that was their diagnostic because the computer said actuator worked properly. And the actuator did work but it wasn’t turning the blend door. I approved the heater core because forums state it could possibly be the issue, assuming they looked at actuator and knew it was turning blend door.. The issue is they Don’t even bother to physically look at blend door to make sure it works, even though dash is already apart and HVAC box is out already for heater core that didn’t need to be replaced because driver side blew hot air. Brought it back a month later told them nothing got fixed it’s the same. They had it for 2 more days

I dropped my truck off for service and was at best severely misled or just outright lied to about the status of the parts needed. I talked to the gentleman at the front desk several times and was told the parts I needed were in and that the mechanics were working on installing. After several positive updates, I talked to the owner shortly before closing and was told that they actually did not have my parts in. This was almost a full work day after I’d been told my parts were in. After this, I had to get a rental car at the last minute to drive home Christmas Eve. One I was back in town, I went in to pick up my truck and was told by the same person who had originally told me that the parts had come in that there was a mixup with parts at the dealership. The dealership had sent the wrong parts, Meineke had recognized it the morning I’d talked to them, and they sent for the correct parts. One problem is that the timeline he talked about makes no sense with the information he gave me. Another problem is that if that was the case, why had the shop not notified me of the mixup when I talked to the owner? The only information I was given was that they didn’t have my parts. If they’d rece
